Passport Application

The purpose of the Passport Program is to invite new faces and to reacquaint familiar ones with the services your business provides. Participants are asked to have a personalized stamp or unique stickers to use for each passport.  A stamp can be purchased for an additional cost which can include business name & contact (or web site) information.  Those who wish to participate in this Heritage Days program are asked to also have an activity, bringing people into your business. This activity should not require patrons to purchase anything.  If you already own a stamp, there is no participation fee. 

If you are not interested in participating in the Passport Program, please consider donating an item for the prize basket or a gift certificate in support of the event. We would like to include as many local vendors as possible. All submissions are due Tuesday June 8.
